Our house is located in the beautiful and quiet district of Kaisers, away from the street noise and with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains.
The center of Sölden (about 1.5 km away) and the gondola Giggijoch, you can easily reach by bus. The bus stop is 50 m away from our house.

Our apartments are 58 m² in size and offer each:
- 2 bedrooms incl. bed linen, cable TV
- 2 bathrooms with shower and WC incl. towels and hairdryer
- 1 kitchen-cum-living room equipped with fridge incl. freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle and kitchen utensils
- balcony or terrace
- free W-Lan
- parking space and ski/bike cellar

Good to know
Information around your stay
All prices are in € per apartment and day excl. local tax and final cleaning. The local tax of € 4,00 will be charged extra. Children and teenagers under 15 years do not pay local tax.
A damage deposit of € 200,00 is required upon arrival. This will be refunded in full at check-out, provided that there is no damage at the time of acceptance of the apartment.
The final cleaning is € 70,00 per stay.
Check-in from 3 pm to 8 pm.
In case of arrival after 8 pm we ask for short notice.
Check-out from 7.30 to 10 o'clock.
You can comfortably store your winter or summer equipment in our ski room.
Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our house.
Our house is a non-smoking house. But you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
Towels, dish towels and bed linen are provided. Towels are changed once a week upon request.
A deposit of 50% of the tour price must be transferred to the following account within one week from the date of booking.

Remaining payment please in cash on site or by bank transfer in advance. (2 weeks before arrival to our bank account) We do not accept ATM and credit cards.
Super flexible cancellation conditions for the summer & fall season 2023 up to 15 days before arrival a free cancellation is possible from 14 days before arrival we charge 90% of the total cost.
Our cancellation conditions are according to the Austrian hotel regulations.
- 3 months before arrival free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 % of the total cost of the stay
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70 % of the total travel price
- 1 week before arrival 90 % of the total travel price
